(CIRP) and appointed Mr. Bhuvan Madan, as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) of M/S
Jaypee Healthcare Limited .
Moratorium U/s 14 of IBC has been declared. Now the affairs, business, management,
projects and properties related to M/S Jaypee Healthcare Limited , would be managed by
IRP, as per IBC.
As per the IBC Laws, Public Announcement has already been made on 20.06.2024, and
published on the website of IBBI and this website.
